3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account with any third party.

4. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased on a one-time, non-subscription basis. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. Prices are subject to change at any time with or without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to process images that:

• Depict illegal content of any kind.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Are intended to harass, defame, or harm any individual.
• Are used for commercial misrepresentation or fraud.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload and the restored outputs generated from them. By using the Service, you grant Revive.Ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not use your photos to train AI models without your explicit consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded images are processed securely and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service. We may retain processed images temporarily for quality assurance and support purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI restoration output will meet your specific expectations, as results may vary depending on the quality and condition of the original photograph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revive.Ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
